The size 2 pattern was designed using Mary Maxim Super Fingering yarn (#2), which offered approximately 122 yards on a 1-ounce skein at the time. Sizes 4 and 6 used Dreamspun a #3 DK weight yarn offering 75 yds per skein. We recommend  for a size 2, and for larger sizes. For size 2 requires  size U.S. 1 (2.25 mm), and 2 (2.75 mm). Sizes 4-6 needles size 2 (2.75) and 3 (3.25mm). Fits sizes 2-4-6—Intermediate knit.
