Getting Started
1. Wash your hands.
2. Unwrap a tampon and pull out the string.
3. You must remove the lid first.
4. Insert the tampon into the applicator by using one of these methods.
5. Get into a comfortable position and place the loaded applicator against the opening of your vagina.
6. Insert the applicator into your vagina and push the plunger until the tampon is fully inserted.
7. Gently remove the applicator and plunger, leaving the tampon inserted.
8. The tampon should feel comfortable, if it does not, remove it and replace with a new one.
9. Clean both parts under cold running tap water. Dry each part and store with the lid on.
Peel back petal with index finger, and load tampon from the top.
Push tampon into the back followed by all the string.
Load from the back. Place string into the side hole.

Cleaning and Care
When in use, wash your applicator daily and store with the lid on.
Your applicator is designed to be hygienic. Boiling water, chemicals, or harsh treatment will shorten its lifetime. There is no need to disinfect between periods.
